Tattoo Shop Recto Manila




The other night culinary inspiration taken from sudden I got up and I threw down the outline of a dessert dish that I prepared for today my friends, that are provided to be my guinea pigs, which say literally brushed the dishes, and I thought it was a bit 'too big as a dessert.
In a nutshell it is a drop of pastry, containing a soft cream flavored with cinnamon, apple pieces with caramelized sugar and butter in a pan with small and whole cinnamon brioche, made with sourdough, accompanied with a cube of apple pie in a cage, vanilla sauce and a macaroon with chocolate filling, a crema alle mele,davvero godurioso.

Stain Removal Dried Turmeric

Tears of apple pie apple pie with meringue


Ingredienti
Per la frolla per fondi
1Kg Farina
600g Zucchero
250g Uova
5g Sale
Aromi
4 mele a pezzetti caramellate
Per la meringa
200g meringa all’italiana
60g panna montata.
Per lo spolvero
Cacao e cannella

Preparazione
Lavorare bene le uova con lo zucchero ed aromi, incorporare il burro morbido, poi la farina.
Far riposare in frigo,stendere e rivestire dei cerchi per torte,bucherellare il fondo e cuocere in forno a 180°C.
Sformare far raffreddare,spennellare or even better with white chocolate cocoa butter, which aims to isolate the pastry.
Fill with the apples into chunks previously caramelized with butter, sugar, cinnamon and a splash of Calvados.
Cover with the spikes of meringue and sprinkle with a mixture of cocoa and cinnamon.
