Sitting At Computer For Hours Pins And Needles

the flip side.

I'm curious and curiosity sometimes leads me to "discover" things really bizarre. For some time I came in doubt. Someone who follows this blog certainly know Extreme Makeover Home Edition. It 's a nice program, rather then here in Italy on the Sky platform (SkyUNO) aired for the first time in Italy in 2003. Seguitissimo in America so much that he won two Grammy Awards (the most important TV award at the international level). The program stems from a basic idea rather "simple": to build or rebuild homes for people truly in need who have suffered disasters like earthquakes or floods or lives in cases of hardship caused by loss or serious illness physical entity and physiological loved ones and the resulting problems that arise. On closer inspection, the idea is worthy and full of good intentions. The protagonist is a weapon of good will and with his team is organizing the reconstruction. In the context of construction companies and are used a lot of volunteers (the spirit of solidarity of Americans, from that point of view, it is commendable) with which a week ago, the promise of giving a new home to those who are chosen by the production. And the houses are, indeed, fabulous. There are of course moments of emotion (scrolls, because we know that tragedies are combined audience to tears and consequently, dollars!). In short, the program in terms of "taking the audience" is flawless. There is one though.

A part, however, that its basic idea. The houses that the program team building, are not "simple" homes for families, say, to measure, but it holds true. Now, if we want to be objective, if one puts a question. Are families who have had (and have) problems. In terms of not being able to afford more than a simple house, and you are going to build buildings of 350 square meters or more? Would not it make more sense if you really want to help them, build something more appropriate and in keeping with the life expectancy of these families? It 'really necessary to build their houses that even the Shah of Persia could afford? The two things are. Or take the piss out of the viewer or, worst of all, the family in question. True, sometimes the construction company and collections made by the community of neighbors, donate cash and in some cases pay them the remainder of the loan, but in this house we will live forever. And here there are the doubts. People of a certain social can "afford" such luxuries? I do not think that consumption of gas, electricity and water to be "free for ever." Picture it quadrupled the square to the house and the play is done. OK to be generous and supportive, but when you put in the hands of 400 square meters house in the hands of a family of 4 / 5 people, I began to doubt the fact that they can always keep. Apart from the fact that if we see how they are constructed homes (most built in the suburbs are all that) is to put your hands in your hair. Wooden poles planted in the foundations and walls of wood and cardboard on the walls. In practice prefabricated good only until it reaches a bell'uragano to disintegrate. And not only. They have a life that often does not exceed 25/30 years, are full of insects and are subject to fires. A great way to ensure a roof over my head I must say. But there's more. I wondered why they rarely or almost never, in some cases, not coming into homes to "see" how things proceeded. Instill, if you built a house like a family in need, the least you can do is go find them. Why not make us a special, perhaps? Here is the answer to my question. Simply because many of these families have RESOLD unable to bear the costs of "maintenance" with the result that in times like these it to him who could buy a palace of Gender? Mmmm .. I see it hard. Others have even pulled behind the dislike, and sometimes hatred of their neighbors, so they have problems to leave the house and be forced to request the intervention of the sheriff. In a bet, have even been taken "on loan" Trai 5 children 14 and 21 years out of production for the family "need" to give more drama to the episode, with the promise that they would receive prizes and cars in exchange for their " availability ". In short, the usual method petty and stupid to ever play on the skin of the weakest in spite of the plays. The Americans, then, are masters at this. Emphasize the pain in a more "careless", and mean that there can be subtle. And the sense of all this "waste" really do not agree to anything!
Conclusion. We look also to all the "Extreme Makeover Home Edition" that we want, but we always realize that behind these "good works" is far, far less than they apparently make us see. Welcome home, family "public"!

Updates on the "case" PAM

Paths of "peace" is looming.
...). We're pretty optimistic, but do not forget to never lowers his guard. In next week, hopefully, conclusions. Stay tuned!

Annealing Temperatures Primers -5

Meanwhile this news "pass" in the shadows.

Source Comedonchisciotte.it

the evening of October 19, after just two days of debate, the House approved without further changes to the notorious "related work ", aka Bill 1167, aka Bill 1441 (depending on the branch of Parliament). The bill then finally ends its long gestation in signing this time mandatory, the President of the Republic, and will enter into force by return.
Curiously, no newspaper devotes space to the issue these days, which is also bound to have many more effects for many more Italians than the Lodo Alfano raging on TV and newspapers. What effects? Let's see.

Certification of contracts and arbitration clauses

and strengthen the practice, already provided by the "Biagi Law" but until now virtually unused, certification of contracts. In practice the parties may request that a special committee sure, even in advance that the content of the employment contract corresponds to the real nature of the relationship, with the consent of the employer and employee. As the worker is really spontaneously agree and not constrained by the need to obtain or keep their jobs, there is no need to explain it. The organization of these committees is not a case is entrusted to the powerful lobby of recruitment consultants, who will have "responsibility for coordination and supervision for the organizational aspects of" the foxes that control the organization of the chicken coops.
But not only can be certified in the same way that the arbitration clauses shares (again, read: the employer) will ask you to insert in the contract at the end of the probationary period or, in the absence of proof, after 30 days of the report. Consist of binding arbitration clauses in the commitment of the parties (here read: employee) to resign prior to appeal to the Court for any disputes related to the employment relationship. To safeguard their rights, when violated, so workers will have to go by private arbitrators, not judges, all with different consequences to their disadvantage: higher costs and to anticipate at least in part, minor procedural safeguards, especially the possibility for arbitrators to resolve the dispute "in fairness", and therefore at variance with the law and collective agreements.
If nothing else, the law provides that the arbitration clause may not apply to disputes concerning termination of the employment contract. It is thus thwarted, this time, any threat to the art. 18 of the Statute, a sign that the protests last spring were used to something.
Certainly, however, lives on another planet (the planet Confindustria perhaps) the Secretary of the ICFTU Bonanni who said that the arbitration clauses are fine, since even the employees may choose whether to accept or not. As if it were a "choice" that made the gun to his head!

more precarious by law

The new law introduces the cases of dismissal for a new burden on the fired: no longer enough to appeal the dismissal within 60 days, but also on the nine months after the appeal is lodged with the Court. So far, after all, nothing tragic.
Tragedy strikes but all types of temporary workers: a term, "interim" (technically: in administration), project, etc. .. If they want to challenge their contract for hiring a permanent basis, in fact, must decide to do so within 60 days after the termination.
is all too easy to imagine the doubts Hamlet who lives under the constant renewal of blackmail: "If I did not avoid the contract as renewed, but if they do not renew the same and while I can not hold it?"
Warning! The rule comes into effect immediately for all, applies to contracts in progress and even to those already expired (in this case 60 days after the entry into force of the Act).
Not only that, the same lapse, with similar consequences precarizzanti also apply to the transfer case (to be contested within 60 days of of transfer), the transfer of undertakings (60 days after transfer) contracts simulated (the huge galaxy of cooperatives).
The icing on the cake is the rule which provides, even if a worker is lucky to be able to obtain the conversion of temporary contracts into permanent contracts, a cap on the maximum compensation that the employer can be sentenced to pay. No matter how long the worker has been unemployed because of the unlawful conduct of the master, the maximum compensation shall be twelve months' salary. The icing on the icing is that the latter rule also applies to pending cases.

E adesso?

Effective measures the height of the violence with which the employers try to evade the rights, will not go to the Constitutional Court, as appears to ask the Democratic Party. The Constitutional Court (which surely will intervene anyway, regardless of any mobilization) can polish some aspects of the harsh, but it certainly will not substantially change the system of the law is good right now not to place any hope in the courts or in any other deus ex machina.
Only the mobilization of workers, stable and unstable, it can shift gears of class forces, especially if it can connect to the struggles of students (the precarious today and tomorrow) and above all fit into the path initiated by FIOM and the many workers to the streets last October 16: the general strike announced acquires additional importance and must be only the first step.

Priorities!

A professor before his philosophy class without saying a word, takes a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full.
Then the students laugh. When the laughter subsided, the professor says, "I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life ... The golf balls are the important things like family, children, health, friends, love, the things we enjoy. These are things that even if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full. The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house, car, etc.. The sand is everything else: the little things. If we put before all the sand into the jar, there would be room for the pebbles or the golf balls for. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that really matter. You attention to things that are critical to your happiness playing with your kids, take the time to go to the doctor, go to dinner with your partner, practice your favorite sport or hobby. There will always be time to clean house , to cut the weeds, to fix the little things ... first occupied golf balls, things that really matter. Set your priorities: the rest is just sand. "One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented. The professor smiled and said: "I'm glad you ask this question. It 's just to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there is always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend. "

CasaPound disclosure of additional pressures faced by the workers of the establishment of flavors, which will be transferred to Tavarnelle Val di Pesa in the coming months.
"In the days past we have witnessed a baffling assembly of organized workers in the company by members of the union, of course, external and non-workers, the only proposals that have successfully statements were blocking the payment of overtime and the block of flexible working hours . While asking the media to maintain low tones because they say 'working in silence', in practice this is the role of trade unions Siena red: do spare tire of the employers'. It's outburst Lorenzo Abbate, worker and manager Flavors CasaPound of Siena within the establishment.
What appears is not what we know.

Più di 109 mila morti, of which over 66 000 civilians. A simpleton consumed between 2004 and 2009. Until last Friday, the world knew nothing. Three months after the publication of secret files on Afghanistan, returns to being the voice of Wikileaks. The website created by the Australian Julian Assange time points the finger at the other U.S. war, the Iraq war. In
400 000 new documents taken from the secret military operations unknown to reconstruct accidents and sanded, with lots of dates and geographical coordinates. Most importantly, it gives a complete list of victims. First and last names of the dead, including those thrown into mass graves. The United States had always refused to keep records of civilians killed. Mind, now that you register on the Internet.
The new material published is the work coordinated by Wikileaks, New York Times, Washington Post groups and activists as "Iraq Body Count". Some revelations in the dossier were advanced by al-Jazeera Arabic television that forced Assange arrange travel a press conference in London. "We want to correct the truth - says the founder of Wikileaks - these documents reveal six years of war in Iraq with details from the ground. The troops on the ground, what they saw, did and said. " We speak of "a death toll five times higher Afghanistan ".
Among the atrocities revealed, the most impressive are those on torture of prisoners. Men whipped, hung from hooks, electrocuted by electric shock, sexually abused. The abuse has been substantiated by medical reports. At least six people died this way in the hands of Iraqi soldiers. Cracks that continue unabated even after the scandal of Abu Ghraib in 2004. Thousands
then the victims of summary executions. The United States knew, but have opted for silence. Even when they learned that the police had their allies amputee all the fingers of a prisoner, and then dissolve them in acid in front of his eyes. According to the New York Times on some episodes, the Americans have done surveys, but most of the reported cases have been simply ignored.
The dossier also reveals the horrors that American soldiers used to use Iraqi civilians as a "trailblazer." That is to say, he sent them out on the roads and fields infested by landmines. Among the specific cases, the Apache helicopter: the same means of war involved in the killing of two journalists of Reuters, documented by Wikileaks in summer, with bursts of machine gun had killed two Iraqi gunmen who had already surrendered.
Assange The site even reveals some details about the death of Nicola Calipari, the Italian agent killed the Earthquakes in 2005 by an American soldier at a checkpoint near Baghdad. In the car with him was Giuliana Sgrena, the journalist kidnapped Manifesto and recently returned to freedom. Wikileaks is listed in the files of the interview which the Jordanian intelligence services have put Sheik Husain, former leader of al Qaeda cell in Baghdad. Husain would have revealed that the release of Sgrena would have been paid a ransom of $ 500,000.
He himself, after having collected the money, he telephoned the Iraqi Interior Ministry, saying that the machine on which the journalist and Calipari traveled to the airport was padded d’esplosivo.
Il segretario di stato Hilary Clinton, invece, opta  the second solution normally used against the rhetoric of war journalism, condemning "the disclosure of documents that endanger the lives of soldiers and American citizens." Maybe they did not notice the contradiction. If it is not a scoop, why would endanger anyone?

E 'an open mind and just needed some time for the film.
And a little reflection.

Maxi Mounds Chelsea Charms Biggest Breasts

The logic of sharks.

Marchionne: "Italy is better without"

administrator delegate to host Fabio Fazio, also denied his possible candidacy, "I in politics? You must be joking, I do engineering"

"Fiat could do more if he could cut Italy." It 'as said CEO Sergio Marchionne ingot host of the transmission Che tempo che fa, conducted by Fabio Fazio. "Not one of € 2 billion in operating income in 2010 - he concluded - comes from Italy. Fiat can not continue to operate their factories at a loss forever. " According to a number of Lingotto, also "any debt has been repaid to the State in Italy, I will not receive a thank you, but I do not accept to be told that I ask for financial assistance. "

Marchionne has also responded to the possibility that it sinks in politics. "I in politics? We joke? I do the engineering, produce cars, trucks and tractors. I read the newspaper every day at 6 - continued Marchionne who had been asked to explain the recent claim that in Italy had been opened all the cages and all animals had escaped - leaving all kinds, there are a variety of political orientations and social incredible, and everyone is talking about is not clear where goes the country. " However in this situation Marchionne believes that "you can have confidence in Italy, I think so, there would be easiest, but I think it is possible to construct a different situation here, otherwise I would never have committed."

Marchionne then returned to talk about the problems of the company, especially the closure of Pomigliano D'Arco . "If Fiat were to stop making cars in Campania, we would, I think, a huge social problem, especially in an area where the Camorra is very active," he said. "Considering the work caused 20 000 people," said to indicate the size of the problem. Referring to the mission in the area of \u200b\u200bLingotto, Marchionne has criticized the attitude of unions who criticize us. " With regard to union demands to know the plan of the new models planned, the CEO of Fiat replied: "Again we have many models if they want, but we must give our businesses the ability to produce and export, the plant must be competitive Otherwise, they can not produce and sell anything. " Marchionne also compared with Poland, Italy, where: "Our 6,100 employees now produce the same cars that are produced in all the Italian plants.

Avrage Weight Of Cabin Crew

A glimpse of the "good and peaceful" labor situation in Siena.

To tell you the truth I knew we had some problems a few months ago, but yesterday I had the conferma.Tutto normal. Actually, I would wonder otherwise. But let's move on. I call the union, I present the situation (who already know) and we are pleased to confirm it agreed to a meeting this week. I have the feeling that this whole story will not be resolved easily, but you have to fight if you want to get something. Not happy, do some research on the internet and come to know, with my (not too) surprised that the company I work for does not sail in calm waters at all. Un evasione tax has dire consequences from there onwards. Things start to get interesting. In truth it was also broadcast a service SkyTg24 that deepened on news of the interview thing with both the lender to turn (always looked up on the internet). The picture is now quite clear. The company is in deep shit up to his neck, the cooperative has contracted (in good faith or not, I do not know but I doubt it) we do not pay salaries, and as it turned, who takes it in the ass guess who is ? Exactly! Let the names right now: the company in question is the PAM group based in Panorama Spinea (VE) and the cooperative that has contracted people (including myself) that deal Supply shelves in the morning, or was at this point, the Soc. Andreia based in Rome. At this point I question arises, perhaps obvious. Even if they pay us due to us it is, how can it be trusted a company with this kind of trouble and above all that cooperative contracts not exactly clear (here are very kind for the sake of decency towards the reader)? Other salaries (if not send everyone home before) will pay you yet? And the contributions? We will have to start over every time the rigmarole of trade unions to get our rights? Christ! Italy's work is this, folks. Wake up!. No denying it. Everything is held together by a thread. Companies on the verge of bankruptcy, tantissime tecnicamente già fallite (stanno in piedi SOLO grazie alle banche). Nessun problema. Io quei soldi che mi devono li avrò. Statene certi.
Ulteriori aggiornamenti nei prossimi post.

How Many Units In Jack Daniels

Opss ...!

The news we have grown accustomed to companies that are closing, workers shackled, occupations, marches. We know the difficulties of:
Fiat, Termini Imerese will close in 2011, while workers are in Pomigliano wage supplementation for over a year (in a future article we will analyze the strategy Fiat in Italy and the world);
Ispra (Institute for the Protection and Environmental Research), 400 researchers are likely to see themselves not to renew contracts ;
Alcoa likely to close, 2000 should be employed at home;
Agile - Omega risk closure , 2000 workers remain senza lavoro ;
Nortel azienda smembrata e venduta a pezzi, 28 lavoratori licenziati ;
Yamaha , 66 lavoratori a rischio;
Ansaldo Breda , un piano di ristrutturazione prevede 600 esuberi;
Nokia Siemens , 600 lavoratori a rischio.
Merloni , 1600 lavoratori in cassa integrazione su 2000;
I nostri ricercatori devono andare all’estero.
Meanwhile, while we wait for the resumption arrivals, our manufacturing base continues to fall apart. According to the 43 rd Report on the social situation of the country created by Censis , "in 2009, the Italian manufacturing system has decreased by more than 10% of the production of 24% of exports, 1% in the number of companies, which were already in mid-year 4000 less.

Saviano and its (not want) to know. Who is Paul Barnard

source Comedonchisciotte.org

MARIO pensareinprofondo.blogspot.com

order not to miss anything and lick some ass good democratic Saviano last night did not have anything better to say that he does not want to end up in a democratic country like Cuba or Venezuela. The street has lost Israel, Colombia and Honduras, just to stay in places where "democratically" you build walls, it makes war and coups are not to shake the conscience of his tireless defender of the rights of those harassed by the mafia. But you know Saviano is a Zionist, not enrolled in the barrios of Caracas, and even tries to look at the reasons why a nation is held hostage, from the 50's, with an economic blockade by its neighbor. Not to mention of Colombia, a pleasant place where you find the mass graves filled with opponents, no one say anything. And to think that there would have material to understand who and what binds the threads of his mafia drug trafficking that comes to us here. There would also say something about democracy from the factory to Marchionne, which they do not spend a nano second of their lives and their considerations, but never mind, the discussion would become too long.
Saviano is one that works for Mondadori and makes programs for the good company Endemol Berlusconi. And 'one of many who continue to eat in the manger of the "bad" boss. Its thickness and its "moral" only come this far, has any problem to withdraw from the umbilical cord that binds him to the satrap himself. And why, we wonder, works helping to enrich it with the enemy? Mysteries of a mind so fine that we, the poor and hardcore poor wretches censors of this system, we can not understand. Yesterday, with the other "comrade" Santoro part of the Italians heard how hard it is to fight for contracts to be signed international stars (but then who the fuck got to do with the Mafia Benigni or Bono?) And not in reporting, narrating, all faults of this system of thieves. In fact it is a kind of information that has not ever done or a type of battle that was abandoned long ago. Good Impastato was born at the wrong time and he had just put the skin continues to stubbornly stay in the country of which he told the "Mountain of shit", as a good communist.
These need to be able to do the escort and parcel of millions. Giving a hand to this man was the Unity director who has ventured on a slippery slope to explain why certain values \u200b\u200bmust be recognized . It was referring to money to another mica.
He said "do a certain job has not even how to give color to a fence," giving in this way, the send-off to all those losers in the early morning that they fill their shack, take the tram and spend 10 hours of their time in the beloved little factory or build houses for gentlemen. Basically if you earn little because of their small value as the market recognizes this very well. So in this exclusive club of millionaires radical chic living room is my lapidary FUCK. It is not you and your media circus that I need to understand how much shit is here in Italy. I just look for a job, or read the newspapers by a garrison under a CIE full of poor and desperate because no future. I mean I just keep on living. The difference is that you love to be with his nose inside that manger, and that never cut the umbilical cord, because basically if it's good for them is also very good to you.

Example Of Nursing Battery

Here I have the pleasure (and in some sense the duty) to do a bit of clarity and to inform a character very often discussed in view of Italian journalism: Paul Barnard . Who is this? It 's a journalist. One of those journalists that have been lost track of time, I daresay, immemorial. One who has chosen his FREEDOM 'OF THOUGHT for a more comfortable life that probably would have allowed him notoriety and fame the same way as several Labor and Santoro. A freelance journalist, a hunter of information and a blazer uncomfortable, too inconvenient (especially lately) to be a shadow in the information world. Few know of course, for the reasons cited above, but those who had the possibility to know his writings, his battles and his actions in video network, will recognize that their treaties have some truth, I would say almost indisputable, however, and found in fact and in everyday life. But what they do (and still occupies), this "subversive" never to be mentioned there as a journalist much less for services that have enhanced the well-known program "Report" of gratitude and reliable journalism. Give news . Even the most uncomfortable. For several years Paul is dedicated to informing the national network of True Power that is literally destroying the lives of a health that from the perspective of "human" should be completely revised to terrorism "misrepresented" by a propaganda which for decades has completely reversed the truth of the facts. It does so with essays, books , interviews and video publications, however, very few of them are aware. But the extraordinary thing of all is that it does free online. One aspect not to be underestimated if no account is taken of its publications. Strange as unfounded, who makes him do? It might keep him for themselves or at least maybe publish a dvd and who wants to can "Buy" if you want. Get in the game is difficult if you do not have valid arguments. He has decided to get involved and more often just to "inform" on issues of vital importance. But obviously it does in state television and in private (let alone allow him) and the network remains, for those who put in good use, an excellent tool for knowledge. My post is not to be a "beatification" of Barnard but only a good reason to help spread your news and at the same time ensure that many others have the opportunity to read, listen and get an idea. Neither I nor anyone else with common sense wants to spend his thesis as "indisputable" or "absolute truth of the Messiah in office."

We talked for years of this argument, how chemotherapy causes cancer, the medicines to cause osteoporosis and bone fractures such as antidepressants lead to suicidal behavior. The latest "news" discovered by the mainstream media is that burgers and fries of McDonald's Happy Meal does not go bad, even if you leave them for six months. This story was picked up by CNN, the Washington Post and other commercial media that seem to have been struck by the fact that junk food chains of fast food does not rot. The funny thing is that the industry healthy was already interested in this topic years ago. Remember the Bionic Burger video Len Foley? It was published in 2007 and has been seen 2 million times on YouTube. In the video there's a guy who bought his hamburger at McDonald's in 1989 after two decades and have not yet decomposed!
Now he maintains a museum of hamburger is not damaged in his basement.
The mainstream media have taken up this story? No, not a word. The story was completely ignored. Only in 2010, when an artist has posted a story about a McDonald's hamburger that six months was not bad, the media have said.

La verità è che molti cibi trattati do not break down or are attacked by mold, insects or mice. Try to leave the margarine out in the courtyard and you will see that nothing of the attack. The margarine seems to be immortal! The chips will last decades. The frozen pizza is highly resistant to decomposition. Have you found the sausages and processed meat sold at Christmas and during the holidays? You can keep them for years and never go bad. The main reason why the meat does not decompose is their high sodium content. Salt is a great preservative, as they knew that humans have used for millennia. The meatballs are so full of McDonalds sodium that are considered processed meat, to say nothing of the chemical it might contain. The meat I have no doubt about their lack of decomposition. The question I do instead is because it happens the same with the sandwiches? This is the part that scares me, since the bread begins to create a natural mold after a few days. What can never be in the McDonalds sandwich that preserves them from microscopic life for over two decades? In fact, if you are not chemists can not even read the ingredients list in person. Here's what's in the rolls, as indicated in the website (not the Italian one, ndt) of McDonald's:

enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, malted wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzymes), water, high fructose syrup (HFCS), sugar, yeast, soybean oil and / or partially hydrogenated soybean oil, contains 2% or less of: salt, calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate, wheat gluten, ammonium sulphate, ammonium chloride, softening agents for the pasta (steaorile sodium lactate, diacetyl tartaric acid ester of mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, ascorbic acid, azodicarbonamide, mono-and diglycerides, monocalcium phosphate, enzymes, guar gum, calcium peroxide, soybean meal), calcium propionate and sodium propionate (preservatives), soy lecithin.

Not bad, right? Yumm, mi viene l’acquolina in bocca solo a pensarci.

What is this blog ...

A short synopsis is a duty to indicate the purpose of this blog. The facts and the things that happen in our lives are many and all (these days) very cumbersome and difficult. in the foot is a metaphor that I've got an excuse to give to those who have the desire and the perseverance of "soul" of the space center to the real problems that surround us through articles, thoughts and links extremely important, rather than continue to give us precisely in the foot all day chasing easy solutions. I remind everyone that this space does not want and should NOT be a bible of information (I would not even titles for this). Miro only to inform and raise awareness in my own little things and topics that I consider to be of utmost importance. Have a good read and a "sensible" and rational participation.

Where Does The Wore Clap

10 ideas for a better future.

1) I believe that the Italian Constitution was written under the influence of some good fortune and believe that we must prevent any further change (or perhaps even that we should return to its original composition) . I think any change is made at the expense of our citizens, including quando fosse per ridurre il numero dei parlamentari (ridurre il loro stipendio penso che sarebbe la soluzione migliore).

E' come guidare un'auto su un'autostrada: non si richiede chissà quale evoluzione acrobatica, ma si richiede attenzione e che il guidatore sappia mantenere fermo the steering wheel and steering wheel control the minimum, which means ensuring that reforms are made, if necessary, but trying not to upset everything.

3) I believe that a body should be established for the safety and security on the roads and transportation in general (railways, trains). This body would include salaried engineers to test and continually what are the optimal conditions on the roads and on the job because you have the minimum number of deaths and disability and other institutions should have 's obligation to fulfill provisions of this organ, with no exceptions of any kind.

4) I believe that every citizen should have the following rights guaranteed the 5 vital, therefore, made available by the community, the State, without spending money for the have-nots: water, food, shelter, health care and education. This can also provide assistance by participating institutions, houses of hospitality and charity. The state should provide or ensure that each, individually, have guaranteed these rights (unless one does not waive any of these five rights to his choice).

5) I believe that instruments should be introduced, to be used with caution in order to test certainly an adventure, a recovery occurred to the company of a person detained. I think of priests, or people who volunteer to devote their entire lives, that we can do load testing, in well-defined and discrete forms, the real recovery a person detained. Obviously there is a risk of abuse, but we can not ignore the plight of people in prison has really turned back, and you can not ignore the fact that the prison (as well as a deterrent and as a precautionary measure) should be used to retrieve the subject and its not to unduly punish him. I also think of alternative protective measures as may be, for example a semi-freedom with a strong oversight (to man marking) in the hours of freedom of the subject. Everything should also serve to give an incentive to offenders because they really decide for their own repentance, so that people know that in society there is always the honest place. All this together with those additional or alternative measures other than imprisonment such as disqualification from public office for offenses committed in the administration of public affairs.

6) dismiss the money from the role of regulator of social life. Take it to the character of "absolute" that has come to possess. Of course, this is not a revolution in farsi.Tra easy for men there is a form set, which is the contractual form . The men lay down for the contract (ie a document in writing) the obligations, rights and reciprocal duties. You could start the pilot experiments in which a certain number of workers, a number of companies, a number of businesses, all eager to start this experiment, contracted what it is for each of them and what the obligations of each. For convenience, these contracts could also be in the form of money, in the sense that you would print a corresponding number to indicate in general terms a number of "acquired rights". Some may say that everything is useless, that there is already il denaro che è molto più comodo e maneggevole. 7) If a nation builds a dam on a river and that river on its way through several nations, those nations then crossed the river would see reduced the amount of ' Water that comes with everything that implies. This example to say that there is no concept of independence between the territories. The whole territory belongs to a whole world, and in this globalized world, every activity su un territorio finisce per influire su un altro territorio. There are two extreme and opposite trends with regard to this point. One is the so-called "people Po" who would be the sole owner of Po land, instead of being the inhabitant and the legitimate guardian. The other trend is that of a part of Italian institutions that she would decide on the territory of the Susa Valley for high-speed trains, without the legitimate inhabitants to decide anything.

8) How do you conquer other nations? You win with weapons, with the occupation by force, by economic blackmail? Or do you conquer with the superior civilization, with culture more ? This should be reached this stage of human civilization, a truth of common heritage. There should be none, or ruler, or ordinary citizen, I can think of conquering another people by force and oppression rather than their own civilization and its culture better. And if their civilization and culture is really more than you can see by the lack of violence and arrogance. There are those who for their own personal development and character are brought to show their superiority by force and arrogance. They should instead show their superiority (if it is a real superiority) with a superior civilization (or more original works than works of social organization) and a higher culture.

9) travel to disarm. The race to disarm is twofold: to ensure a better future of peace (less energy, including intellectuals, is spent on weapons and more energy, including intellectuals, is spent for works of peace) and to ensure significant savings economic nations, with what cost armaments. The nations have to agree, must continue to do so (subject dear to Gorbachev) to establish a multilateral arms reduction, as a nation more difficult to operate a reduction of its weapons if other nations will do likewise. course, one must begin by nuclear weapons but not be limited only to those .

10) Introduction of a foreign policy once a very active and effective solidarity with other peoples, to all peoples, but especially to the underdeveloped peoples. To ensure other peoples real civil liberty and welfare, with total respect for the freedom of others and the culture of others, who is not a form of economic blackmail. As there is concern or regard for the fate of an Italian region poorly developed, so you have to worry or occupy sorti di una regione straniera poco sviluppata. That is also the most rational way to tackle immigration, doing something very tangible for other peoples , making sure that they did not need to run away from their land. It is sufficient that one nation in the world decides to allocate a substantial share of their wealth (wealth is not only economic but also intellectual, or spiritual energy) to trigger a call for global solidarity for solidarity among all other nations of the world. The other nations would soon be brought to emulate and exceed generosity in that nation which first had the courage to say too much, so that the rich world's generosity in spending would soon be recovered, because the solidarity among all nations would have the effect of making all nations a bit 'rich.
